DESCRIPTION:Restoration Work Parties\n  \nWork hard\, have fun\, and practice skills like building trail\, removing invasive species\, planting native plants\, and caring for the Nature Preserve by joining our weekly Volunteer Work Parties! \nWork Party tasks change weekly and always include a walk through our 5\,000-year-old bog. \nThese events are held rain or shine so make sure to come dressed for the weather. You may encounter muddy areas and plants with thorns so boots\, long sleeves\, and long pants are recommended. \nNo experience is necessary to participate. Tools and gloves are provided! Bringing a water bottle and lunch is encouraged! \n\nFiestas de Restauración\nFiestas de Restauración: Cada sábado\, 10 am – 2 pm \nConoce de primera mano tu ecología local trabajando en uno de los diversos sitios alrededor de SHADOW Lake Nature Preserve! \nCada sábado tiene nuevo trababjo pero siempre pasamos por el turbera de 5\,000 años de edad. \nNo experiencia es necesario.
