This artist-in-action event invites artists and art enthusiasts alike to tour the grounds and create art in the open air. \nSelected works will be displayed\, for sale\, in SHADOW’s Richter Education Center from June 23rd– September 18th. There are a limited number of display spaces in the Education Center\, selected works will be family appropriate in nature and celebrate the artistry of SHADOW’s grounds. \nSubmissions are due no later than June 19th. \nThe Exhibition will open on June 23rd from 4 – 6 pm at SHADOW’s Summer Fundraiser. 50% of proceeds from the sale go directly to the artists\, with the remainder acting as a tax-deductible donation to SHADOW Lake Nature Preserve. Artists should be prepared to provide a small biographical display alongside their work and are encouraged to attend this event. \nDon’t miss out on this unique opportunity! Contact us\, if you are interested in reserving an Artist Space during Art in the Open Air. \nArt in the Open Air was born of a collaboration between SHADOW and last year’s artists and participants.
