DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness in the Forest\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				June 22\, 2024 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Join us on June 22 for a rare evening event to experience the tranquility of our beautiful preserve on one of the longest days of the year. Delve into peace amidst the trees as the day fades. This special session includes guided meditation\, gentle reflective walks\, and group discussion led by a seasoned guide from Cascadia Forest Therapy.
