At SHADOW, Nature is the Classroom…

Explore our 5,000 year-old peat bog, play in our upland forests, search for animal tracks, conduct habitat surveys, create your own field guide, discover wild plants, learn about water quality, volunteer on a restoration project, or perform hands-on science in the field!

We've been busy updating our programs! We appreciate your patience as we work to update our programs and website. The best way to keep up with our program offerings is to sign up for our monthly newsletter and to follow us on Facebook

In addition to offering pre-scheduled programs, we are also still offering Wilderness Adventures, our most popular field-trip program. Booked by appointment, Wilderness Adventures are interdisciplinary, hands-on, environmental education programs for students K-12. Featuring a modular curriculum aligned with state standards, Wilderness Adventures are customizable for any group.

At this time, we are still booking programs. Please email Isabelle Feraudo at info@shadowhabitat.org to book your group's adventure today!
