From Monday, January 22nd – Friday, January 26th, SHADOW Lake Nature Preserve’s Uplands Forest will be closed to the public. This includes the Native Plant Garden and all Upland Trails. Signs will be posted on closed entrances.

The Boardwalk Trail through the famous Shadow Lake Bog remains open from dawn until dusk daily.
