Forest Bathing: Apologies- today’s event will be rescheduled
February 10 @ 1:45 pm - 4:00 pm
Forest bathing is a beginner-friendly meditation practice based in the psychological benefits of spending time in nature. It has been proven to reduces stress by dropping cortisol levels in the body, which has a huge impact on overall well being; improving sleep, reducing muscle tension, and even improving focus. Participants walk away with a deeper sense of connection with nature, and the people around them.
This is a great way to show yourself some love, or to connect with a partner. Join us and engage mindfully with the nature preserve through several beginner friendly guided meditations with our partner Cascadia Forest Therapy. Your sensory-focused time in nature will culminate in a reflective tea ceremony.
