Come learn about Washington’s most fabulous large carnivores, cougars and wolves!  

Enjoy an afternoon at the Nature Preserve and learn about carnivores from our guest educator, Sasha Hendricks! Sasha will discusses the background of these species, their position in the wild, interactions with humans, and more. Sasha will provide insight on time spent in the field assisting on carnivore related projects with the University of Washington and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Sasha Hendricks works for the Cougar Mountain Zoo as an Education Curator and has 15 years of experience working within a zoological setting.
