Welcome Joy!

As SHADOW transitions in staff, we are delighted to announce our new Operations Manager, Joy. She has a strong passion for preservation and conservation. She developed her love for the outdoors and nature while taking ecology courses as an undergraduate student. Joy continued her education and obtained a graduate degree in Environmental Systems from the University of California. She recently moved to the King County area in July 2018 from California where she was working as a Wildlife Biologist helping to restore native habitats for endangered species. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, training dogs, and going on road trips. Joy is excited to start a new career at SHADOW and help make positive environmental change in the community. We are thrilled to see what she is capable of doing and to have her on the team!
